📢 Monthly Reward Access & Eligibility

For new supporters, please note that it may take up to 48 hours for your account to be updated in our system. Once processed, you will have full access to your monthly reward files.

To ensure fairness for all supporters and to maintain our reward system, please note the following policy:

Reward Access System:

Our rewards are now distributed through a system that requires an email login. Access is automatically granted based on your Active Member status. This means only those with a successful transaction recorded within that specific calendar month will be able to log in and claim the rewards.

Membership & Eligibility:

  • To receive a month’s exclusive reward, you must have a successful billing transaction within that specific month.
  • If you subscribed late in the previous month and canceled before the current billing cycle began, you will not be counted as an Active Member for the new month and will not have login access to that month’s rewards.

⚠️ Important Example: One Payment = One Month’s Reward

We would like to clarify a common misunderstanding regarding “end-of-month” subscriptions:

  • Scenario: If you subscribe on March 30th, that payment covers your access and rewards for March.
  • If you then cancel before the April billing cycle begins, you have only completed one transaction.
  • Result: You will receive the December reward, but you will not be eligible for the January reward.

Receiving rewards for two different months (e.g., December and January) with only a single payment is unfair to our long-term supporters who contribute monthly. To access January’s rewards, a successful transaction for the January billing period must be recorded.


Summary: Access is strictly tied to a successful payment for the current billing period.
